Dyslexia and/or Language-Based Learning Disability Evaluations
The dyslexia and language-based learning disability evaluation is a report of the results of comprehensive set of assessments given to your child. After the assessments are given, data is analyzed, and a detailed report of skills and sub-skills in listening, speaking, reading, and/or writing is written. Through this report, you will understand the strengths of your child, as well as their struggles. You will also receive specific recommendations that will help play on the strengths, and address the deficits. ($2000).
Academic Progress Monitoring
Although your child may already receive services via an IEP, special education, an LBLD classroom, private tutoring, or response-to-intervention (RTI), academic progress evaluations are ideal to ensure that the current intervention is meeting the needs of your child. This evaluation will assess your child’s current academic skills and sub-skills compared to results of previous assessments and available progress monitoring data. In this report, you will understand if the current intervention is addressing your child's needs, and if not, what will be required to change. ($2000)
School Observations
The student's current or proposed school program may warrant an observation with an on-site visit. This is beneficial to parents in order to get a fuller picture of how the school program is meeting their child's needs. All observations include a parent feedback appointment and comprehensive report, with individualized recommendations for adjustments in accommodations and/or placement or programming.
2-hour observation ($1500)
4-hour observation ($1750)
Observation of two programs (old and new), with integrated report ($2500)

Additional Consultations
If additional consultations are needed, I can participate in a follow-up consultation with providers (such as advocates, doctors, therapists, and/or attorneys). I can also provide written letters of support or clarification. These are billed in 15-minute increments (prorated at $300 per hour).
